Typographical Errors
In the event that a ShopEzonics.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, ShopEzonics.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ShopEzonics.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ShopEzonics.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by ShopEzonics.com without notice at any time, for any reason. Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, ShopEzonics.com seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Shipping
When you order on-line, we will ship the product the same day providing the item(s) is instock and that we receive your order before the daily processing deadline (usually at 3 PM PST).  All products will be shipped via UPS using the type of service that you request.  You will not be charged until your order leaves our warehouse or all processing steps are approved.  Most UPS ground shipments should arrive within 5 to 7 days.

A nominal handling-fee is charged to you to ensure that your products arrive at your doorstep in the same condition that they left our warehouse. You will see the shipping & handling charge before you purchase, when your order total is calculated in the shopping cart, at checkout.

Ezonics warrants that the software will perform in accordance with the documentation provided for a period of ninety (90) day following your receipt of the Software from ShopEzonics.com. During this ninety (90) day period, users may return Software for warranty service only for the following reason(s):

• Software CD material defect.
• Inability of installation due to CD material defect.

The warranty does not apply nor is exclusive to:

• The damages or problems resulting from misuse, abuse, accident or alteration of the product(s).
• Any product without a serial number or without its warranty card on file.
• Any shipping and handling costs for returning the product to Ezonics for warranty purposes.

Please read our Limited Warranty Agreement for full details on hardware and software products.

If you must ship or mail the product to Ezonics Corporation for warranty, exchange or refund service, you must prepay all shipping & handling costs and assume all risks of loss or damage in transit. Ezonics Corporation does not provide any refund policies for end-user customers that purchase its products through retails stores, from resellers or other third parties.  This return policy is only applied to purchases made on ShopEzonics.com website.

Return Policy
Ezonics will refund most items and may apply 15% restocking fee on returnable items  within 30 days of receipt. Please adhere to the following return policy.

Returnable Items

• Digital Camera
• Other accessories

Non-returnable Items

• Software is not returnable
• Gift Certificate is not returnable

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns or exchanges of any opened items unless defective and/or damage to the unopened item(s) due to shipping.  You must obtain a shipment damage report from your shipper and submit to Ezonics before obtain RMA number.
In order to receive credit from your original credit card account used for the purchase, your returned item(s) must be unopened and non-defective. If the purchased item is defective, you may exchange for the same item.

Return Procedures

• Before you return the item, call our Customer Serivce at 1.800.377.8688 to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Note: You MUST obtain a RMA number from ShopEzonics in order to return or exchange your purchase.

The normal processing time is 14-21 days. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card account used for the purchase.
